We understand plans can change. Our policy is based on how much notice you provide:
- More than 7 days notice: Full refund (100% refund).
- Between 7 days and 72 hours before: No cash refund. You will receive a 100% Rental Credit of the booking value (minus the insurance cost and a 5% administrative fee) for a future date.
- Between 72 and 24 hours before: No cash refund. You will receive a 50% Rental Credit of the booking value (minus the insurance cost and a 5% administrative fee) for a future date.
- Less than 24 hours or "No Show": Non-refundable. A 100% cancellation fee applies as the vehicle was held and prepared exclusively for your booking.

Note: All rental credits are valid for 12 months.

For our large displacement motorcycles (BMW, Yamaha, Honda, etc.), you must be in possession of a valid A or A2 license. In addition, we require a minimum age of 25 years and 3 years of motorcycle driving experience.

Yes, all our motorcycles are approved for a driver and a passenger. In addition, we offer the rental of a second helmet and additional accessories to make the trip comfortable and safe for both of you.

Select your bike and desired dates directly on our website. Fill out the form with your details, upload your documentation (driver's license, experience, and ID or passport), and proceed to payment to confirm your booking instantly. Once confirmed, we will contact you to coordinate the pickup details.

For your convenience, we use Swikly to manage the €800 security deposit. This system allows us to secure the rental without any charges or credit hold on your card. The authorization will expire automatically at the end of the rental period, provided the bike is returned according to the contract terms. For bookings made more than 3 months in advance, we only require a 20% down payment for your peace of mind. Your bike will be ready for you on your rental day!

To rent a motorbike, you must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid motorbike licence for a minimum of three years.

The policy covers Compulsory third-party liability insurance, Voluntary third-party liability insurance, Legal Expenses and Damage Claim Management, Personal Accident Insurance, Roadside Assistance, and Tyre Puncture Insurance.

When we accept your reservation, you will have the motorbike you selected on the requested dates, a helmet in your size, a phone holder, a wheel locker with alarm, and the insurance cover for your trip. We will also give you a kit with oil to lubricate the chain in case your trip is very long.

Yes! We offer motorcycle jackets and gloves. You can also rent a second helmet if you plan to travel with a companion. We can also add side or top cases for additional storage if you need it (depending on the motorbike selected).

You can ride throughout Europe without issues.

In Barcelona, you can park for free in designated motorbike areas (marked with white lines). You can also park on sidewalks broader than 3 meters, parallel to the curb, but avoid blocking pedestrian flow, bus stops, or disabled access. Always check local signs for specific street rules.

Prioritize your safety, call 112 and immediately inform the Police and Avento. Complete the accident report and cooperate during the management of the case.

Stop the motorbike in a safe place, turn off the engine and call roadside assistance. Then, contact Avento and do not continue riding if the breakdown is significant.

You are responsible for all traffic, driving, and parking fines and infractions generated during the rental period. Avento will charge a supplement for the administrative work of managing these penalties.

The motorcycle must be refueled with the type of fuel recommended by the manufacturer, generally unleaded 95 petrol.

Only the persons identified in the contract are authorized to drive the motorcycle. Allowing another unauthorized person to drive it constitutes a breach of the contract.

If the motorcycle is returned late, Avento has the right to charge an extra day of rental or the corresponding penalties according to the contract.
