We collect the following personal data when you submit a rental inquiry:

  • Name — to identify the renter
  • Email address — to confirm your reservation and send communications
  • Phone number — to contact you regarding availability and booking details
  • Rental dates — to process your reservation request
  • Motorcycle preference — to prepare the appropriate vehicle

We also collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (see section 5).

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Reservation data: 5 years from the end of the rental period, to comply with tax and commercial obligations.
  • Enquiry data (no booking made): deleted within 12 months.
  • Analytics data: retained by Google for 14 months (default GA4 setting).
5. Cookies and Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may set cookies or collect data:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — measures anonymised website traffic. Data may be transferred to the US under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Ads / Conversion Tracking (Google LLC) — measures actions taken after viewing an ad. Google Ads data privacy.
  • Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC) — protects our reservation form from spam. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — if you contact us via the WhatsApp button, Meta's privacy policy applies.
6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data only with:

  • Google LLC — for analytics and advertising services described above.
  • Insurance providers — to arrange the rental insurance cover.
  • Competent authorities — if required by law or legal proceedings.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
